Six years ago, Alex Coombs founded Northern Spruce Media Inc. with a keen awareness of the pressing demand for top-notch real estate content creation. However, her vision extended beyond merely delivering high-caliber work—she aspired to cultivate enduring relationships with clients, many of whom have been by her side since the inception of the venture.
Since its inception, Northern Spruce has flourished into a dynamic team of 12, with ample prospects for further growth. While the foundation of our operations still revolves around delivering high-quality content with a personalized touch, we've also expanded our services to encompass a comprehensive suite. From agency-level expertise in graphic design, branding services, copywriting, and social media marketing to our proficiency in photography, videography, and drone skills, we are dedicated to building brands with a lasting impact.
Alex is committed to instilling the values of top-tier client care throughout her entire team. Within her business, she has implemented a system that consistently prioritizes clients, and her dedication to this cause is exemplified by 'The Sprucies,' an event initiated three years ago. This annual gathering is a heartfelt expression of gratitude to clients who have placed their trust in Alex and her team.
